Dr J Paediatric Assessment is a weekly clinic established with the specific purpose of assessing whether a child meets the diagnostic criteria for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The clinic was established to provide families in the region with more ready access to such assessments.

Seeking an assessment for ASD or for ADHD can cause great angst for families.
Dr J Paediatric Assessment aims to minimise that angst by reducing the barriers to entry for an assessment and by providing families with clear and thorough information about these conditions. We encourage you to surf the navigation menu above in order to learn more.

If you have received an email confirming your child's date & time of appointment, please complete the online forms that are contained within the email. A lot of information is required to aide your child's assessment so please complete all sections diligently.

An appointment cannot be booked with Dr J Paediatric Assessment unless we have received and accepted an emailed referral from your GP.

Please note that this is not a general paediatric clinic for the management of general medical conditions.
