If Dr J Paediatric Assessment has received and accepted a referral for your child, you will have been notified of the date and time of your child’s appointment(s) via email.

If a referral for your child has not been submitted, please consult with your GP about doing so. No appointments can be made without your GP having first submitted a referral via email.
